UK & Worldwide Returns

We're sure you'll love your order! However if you encounter any issues, we have a straightforward returns procedure for you to follow.

Please visit the Returns Portal. Enter your order reference number and your email address and provide a reason for the return.

If you wish to receive a refund, these criteria must be met:

  • Your order must be raised on the returns portal and must be accepted prior to sending.
  • Your return must be in perfect condition with all tags and labelling in place. If the return is in unsaleable condition, it will be sent back to you at your own expense.
  • Your return must be packaged safely; we reserve the right to withhold part of or all of the funds if the items are unsafely packed and/or sustain damage in transit.
  • You must file your return on the returns portal within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that:

  • We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.
  • If the returns ribbon is removed from your parcel then your return is void and we can no longer provide a refund for you.
  • Refunds will be given after we receive your return and inspect it. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is complete.
  • You will be credited to the same payment method that you paid with, or left as credit to be used on the next order.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process after approval, and may take some time to reflect in your account after the confirmation email has been sent.

If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or colour, please be sure to indicate so on the Returns Portal.

Returns Postage

We are able to grant you with a free postage label for your returns. However, this only applies to single-item orders of LuvForever branded items. For orders with multiple items, the customer is responsible for returns shipping. You will receive an email when we have received your item to be refunded/exchanged up to 2 days after it reaches us. How long do I have to submit my return?

All customers have 14 days from the date the product is received to file for a return in the returns portal. If you reach out to us or attempt to file a return outside of this, your return application will be void.

When will I not be eligble for a refund or exchange?

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items if the product is in an unsaleable condition. In most cases, these items will be sent back to you at your own expense.

To avoid this, please ensure you treat your garments with care. Trying them on is acceptable, but please make sure you follow these regulations:

  • Do not leave marks on clothing - makeup, deodorant stains, sweat, hair.
  • Do not leave odours on clothing - perfume, deodorant, body odour.
  • Do not remove or tamper with tags, labelling, or security tape.
  • Do not return items outside of the 14 day window.

How long does it take for LuvForever to process your returns?

We aim to process returns within 14 days, but unforeseen circumstances may arise which can lengthen this timespan. We take this time to check each product thoroughly, ensure it is packaged safely, and make sure it is in resaleable condition with all tags attached. Once your return is accepted, you will receive your refund/exchange/credit within 7 business days.
