Returns & Refunds

In order to receive a refund for your item:

• Your order must be raised on the returns portal within 14 days of receipt.
• Your item(s) must be in perfect condition with all tags and labelling in place; see the Returns page for more information.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days and may take some time to reflect in your account after it has been confirmed. We cannot offer refunds on gifted or free items.

Please also note that we only provide prepaid labels on orders with one item. If you wish to file a return on an order multiple items, you will be responsible for shipping the items back to us.

All returns which are sent back by the customers preferred shipment service are at the customers risk.
